Our Process
A discipline,\nnot a formula.
Six stages, in order. Each one closes before the next begins, so nothing is decided twice and nothing is discovered late.
- 01
Discovery
Understanding how you live, work, and entertain.
The first meeting is not about style. It is about how many people live here, who cooks, where things are put down at the end of the day, and what the last home got wrong. Most of what determines whether a project succeeds is decided in this conversation.
- 02
Concept
The first considered response to the brief.
A first considered response — plan, zoning, and the material direction. Deliberately shown before it is refined, because the cheapest moment to change direction is now.
- 03
Material Selection
Chosen for permanence, not trend.
Samples in the actual light of the actual room. Every specification is fixed here — grade, finish, hardware, warranty — so that nothing is being decided while the site is live.
- 04
Design Development
Refined in detail, never rushed.
Where the design becomes buildable: joinery drawn to the millimetre, services co-ordinated, and every junction resolved on paper rather than improvised on site.
- 05
Execution
Precision coordination on site.
Procurement, vendors, and site all run from the studio. You approve; we co-ordinate. Progress is reported on a schedule rather than on request.
- 06
Handover
A space ready to live in, from day one.
Snagging is completed before handover, not listed at it. The space is finished, cleaned, and ready to be used from the first day.

Project Management
One studio.
One point of accountability.
Every ATLUS project is led by a dedicated project manager who oversees procurement, vendor coordination, site supervision, and timeline governance — with clear, scheduled reporting throughout. You are never left to coordinate between designer, contractor, and vendor; that coordination is our responsibility.

Quality Assurance
Nothing leaves
a project unfinished.
Every detail is measured against a standard set before work begins — for finish, fit, and function. Site checks are conducted at each milestone, so quality is verified as we build, not discovered after handover.
- Milestone quality checks
- Defined finish standards
- Measurement and shade verification
- Snag resolution before handover
- Post-handover support
Transformation
The difference
discipline makes.
Every transformation begins with what a space could be — then resolves it, layer by layer, into what it becomes.

Terms of Engagement
Clear commitments,
on both sides.
Before work begins, ATLUS and the client agree on the scope, payment stages, timeline, approvals and responsibilities—so every decision remains clear throughout the project.
- 01
Milestone-linked payments
Payments are linked to agreed project stages. ATLUS provides the relevant invoice and progress update before each payment becomes due.
- 02
Written scope and approvals
All inclusions, exclusions and specifications are documented. Additional work begins only after the client approves the revised cost and timeline in writing.
- 03
Shared timeline responsibility
ATLUS follows the agreed execution schedule and communicates delays promptly. Timelines may be revised when client approvals, payments, site access or third-party work are delayed.
- 04
Warranty and handover support
ATLUS addresses eligible workmanship defects during the agreed warranty period. Product warranties are passed to the client, and exclusions are clearly stated before signing.

Let’s build
something that lasts.
Every ATLUS engagement begins with a private consultation — a conversation about how you live, and what your space should become.
By appointment only.
