This policy is a working draft prepared against the DPDP Act, 2023. Before launch it needs the studio's confirmed data-retention period, a named grievance officer, and the actual hosting, form and analytics providers in use. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

    What we collect

    We collect only what you choose to give us, and only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

    • Enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, project location, property type, approximate area, project stage, services required, budget range, expected dates, design preference, how you heard about us, your project description, and any floor plan you choose to upload.
    • Direct contact: whatever you include when you call, email, or message us on WhatsApp.
    • Analytics: standard, aggregated usage data — pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and referring source. This is not used to identify you individually.

    Why we process it

    To respond to your enquiry, arrange and conduct a consultation, prepare a proposal, and — if you engage us — to deliver the project. We also use aggregated analytics to understand which parts of this website are useful.

    We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

    Who we share it with

    Only where it is necessary to do the work you have asked for, and only to the extent required:

    • Our website host and form provider, which processes and stores form submissions on our behalf.
    • Our analytics provider, which receives aggregated usage data.
    • Where you engage us for a project: the specific vendors, fabricators and contractors who need the relevant details to deliver your project.
    • Any authority to whom disclosure is required by law.

    How long we keep it

    Enquiries that do not become projects are retained only as long as needed to follow up meaningfully, and then deleted. Records relating to engaged projects are retained for the period required by contract, warranty and applicable tax and accounting law.

    Your rights

    Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to confirm what personal data of yours we hold, correct anything inaccurate, erase it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.

    Cookies

    This website uses only what is necessary to function, plus analytics cookies to measure usage. It carries no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

    Security

    The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We restrict access to enquiry data to the people within the studio who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect what you send us.
